Scope of this privacy policy

2. This privacy policy applies to the collection and use of Data with respect to this App. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this App, including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

Data that is given to us by you

6. We will collect your Data in a number of ways, for example

  • when you contact us through the Website, by telephone, post, e-mail or through any other means;

  • when you use our services; 
  • when you use the App and enter information directly into the App;
  • when you interact with a company for the provision of your services as a self-employed  subcontractor and they upload information into the App on your behalf.

Keeping Data secure

Data retention

  • Similarly, if we have collected and process your Data with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time.  Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
